Understanding how hourly billing works.
Yes. Because the vehicle is taken out of general circulation for you, we typically require a minimum of 3 or 4 hours for sedans/SUVs, and slightly longer for buses during peak seasons (like Prom or Weddings).
Billing begins when the vehicle arrives at your pickup location and ends when the final passenger is dropped off. We do not charge for the driver's travel time to the garage (within our primary service area).
Absolutely. You can travel anywhere. However, if the trip ends far from the city (e.g., dropping off in Milwaukee), a travel-time charge may apply to get the vehicle back to base.
