An absolute fantastic experience! I booked a VIP car from the airport to our hotel to surprise my 10 year son. The online booking process was easy and when I had a question, Jenny responded quickly. Eric was our driver and he met us at baggage claim. He is a very nice man. Polite and professional. He gave us many tips to help us enjoy our time in the city. He picked us up in a Mercedes S Class. The car is amazing! Snacks and drinks are provided. He even let my son use his iPad to play games on! I have already booked another car from them and will also use them to get back to the airport. I highly recommend this company anytime you are in Chicago!
