I had originally booked with another company, but due to a very rude email from what I assume was the owner of that company basically insulting me for asking a question, I decided to cancel them and book with another service. I'm glad I did. Deluxe Chicago Limo was 5 stars in every aspect. My booking was almost immediately accepted, the pricing was actually cheaper than my original booking for the same car (Mercedes S Class), and every step of the way I was met with courtesy by whoever texts the clients to my driver, Ruhnur. Ruhnur, did his job perfectly. Courteous, and personable while allowing me to relax on my 40 minute ride from the airport to my hotel. The car itself, an S550 was actually better than I expected. Deluxe clearly cares about their customers as this particular S550 had the Executive rear seating package which replaces the standard bench seat that seats 3 with what amount to two first class airplane seats that can be reclined. Water and mints were also available. The car was spotless, the music being played was relaxing, and the temperature perfect. While I usually rent cars when traveling, should I ever be in Chicago again and need a chauffeured car, I will absolutely use Deluxe again. Thanks again for the ride, and for making my birthday as nice as possible.
Eric has been a FANTASTIC driver. He has gone above and beyond to make certain that I am properly accommodated. His vehicles are top notch, and the overall experience is wonderful. I used to be a loyal customer for Blacklane until I was met consistently with poor customer service, and vehicles that were very much sub-par.
