I have to say, trying to find a Limo service for our wedding was one of the most stressful steps of the planning process. All companies we came across had such mixed reviews, either their service was outstanding or absolutely terrible. Definitely nerve-racking trying to book transportation for such an important event while other customers are claiming that cars were over 1h late (or didn't show up at all), didn't have AC in the summer or that drivers were unprofessional. Deep down we were a bit concerned, but ended up booking 1 SUV and 1 stretch Limo with Deluxe. Great decision: communication was easy and we had no issues getting our questions answered or accommodating schedule changes. Both cars arrived on time, they were clean and comfortable. Our drivers Emre and Eric were professional and polite and provided the best service. We were very pleased to see everything went as planned!

Deluxe limo service was top notch and I couldn't be happier with there service. we rented the sprinter van for a 12 person bar hop around Chicago. were from Philadelphia so we didn't know the area at all. Robert our driver was awesome, he was very patient with us and got us everywhere we wanted to go quickly and on time. We used Deluxe Chicago Limo for a roundtrip transfer from O'Hare. We initially had another company booked, but the owner was extremely rude and unprofessional so I canceled. I am so glad we ended up using this company!! We requested a carseat and it was installed upon arrival. Emre was our driver both ways and he was great. Lugging a toddler and luggage through an airport is no easy feat, but Emre helped us out a ton. The cars were also very nice and spotless. Thank you!

I initially experienced an issue with booking and then received a call directly from the owner himself to try to problem solve so they could accommodate my needs. Day of transportation was FANTASTIC and Eric was awesome. Great customer service and would higly recommend Deluxe Chicago!
