What is your service area?

We serve all of Chicago and most of Chicagoland. Our primary service area is the Chicago metropolitan area. We provide ground transportation service throughout the surrounding states as well. Also, we provide service throughout the country and internationally through our trusted affiliate network. We offer competitive rates for longer trips.

Are you closed on any holidays?

We are at your disposal around the clock, especially with advance notice for prearranged services.

How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?

We will always answer your call, and our availability depends on demand. Usually, we can get you a car within two hours notice.

What is your privacy policy?

At Deluxe Chicago Limousine, we respect your right to privacy and handle your personal information with care. We will use your information only to confirm your reservation and/or for questions regarding your service experience. Unless volunteered to do so, we will not share your information nor use for promotional gain. We will never sell your information to anyone.

What is your cancellation policy?

For point-to-points 24 hours, airports services we require three hours prior notice to change or cancel your reservation, to prearranged pickup time and date. For weddings, proms and bachelors at least four weeks notice. If you cancel less than this time chart your prearranged pickup time and date, we will charge 100% cancellation fee.

Do you provide Child Safety Seats for your vehicle?

Yes, we provide child seat with no extra charge and must be requested upon booking the reservation.

Do you allow pets?

We only allow smaller pets in crates. They must stay in the crate for the entirety of the ride.

What kind of vehicles do you offer?

Please see our Fleet link for a complete list and description of vehicles available. Rates and availability depend on time and date of reservation.

How do you qualify your Chauffeurs?

All of our Chauffeurs are licensed by the City of Chicago as deemed by the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection.

Qualifications include:

  • Passing an English Proficiency exam
  • Pass a Limo Driver Training course
  • Complete and pass Public Chauffeur Training Course
  • Pass the Public Chauffeur Licensing Exam.
  • Earn a certificate of completion by the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection.
  • Submit fingerprinting
  • Pass a drug test
  • Pass a physical examination, signed, dated and completed by an Illinois licensed Physician.
  • Maintain a clean driving record.
