What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancelation policy is designed to be flexible. For Sedans and SUVs, cancellations made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time are fully refundable. Do you offer service to Milwaukee or Indianapolis from O'Hare?

Where does the limo pick up at O'Hare?

For standard "Curbside" pickups, we pick up on the Lower Level (Arrivals) center lane. For "Meet and Greet," we meet inside the terminal near the baggage claim carousels. Note: Due to city regulations, Stretch Limousines and Sprinter Vans may be required to pick up at the "Bus/Shuttle Center" depending on current airport traffic conditions.
