How do you handle flight delays?

We use real-time flight tracking software. If your executive's flight is delayed 2 hours, we know automatically. The chauffeur will be there when the plane lands, not when it was supposed to land. No waiting fees for flight delays.

What is your cancellation policy?

For sedans and SUVs, you can cancel up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time with no penalty. We understand business schedules change instantly.

Do you offer Meet & Greet services?

Yes. For VIP arrivals, the chauffeur will park the vehicle and meet the passenger inside the terminal at baggage claim with a tablet displaying their name.
